In all cases the options are over the Company's ordinary 6p shares with an
exercise price of #2.50 (the closing mid market price on 23 October 2006, being
#2.4975) per share option. Nil consideration was paid for the grant of these
options.

Performance Criteria
Options become exercisable if the average annual compound growth in the
Computacenter Group's diluted earning per share compared to the base year of
2005, is at least equal to RPI plus 5% in any of the three, four or five year
periods up to and including 2008, 2009 or 2010, respectively.
