Director Appointment

Further to the announcement of 28 June 2016, the Company confirms that Paul Tiffany, previously Financial Director Designate of the Company, will join the board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

As announced, Paul Tiffany, aged 42, was previously Head of Finance at Mamas & Papas and qualified as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is not and has not been a director or partner of any other directorship or partnership in the last five years.

Paul does not hold any shares in the Company.
