Braime has received notice that on 29 July 2013, Town Centre Securities plc disposed of 2,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company and accordingly now hold 71,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 14.79% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Town Centre Securities plc continue to hold 255,442 A Ordinary Shares (which carry no Voting Rights) in the Company which, combined with the 71,000 Ordinary Shares represents 20.15% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
