    AMVIG HOLDINGS LIMITED

    Shareholders in AMVIG Holdings Limited, at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 July 2008, approved two resolutions facilitating
a further investment by Amcor Group in AMVIG. The previously announced proposal for Amcor to acquire 78,300,000 shares in AMVIG for HKD 700
million will now be implemented promptly.
