Transport for London Moody's Credit Rating
Transport for London ("TfL") announces t hat on 21 October 2020,
Moody's Public Sector Europe ("Moody's") downgraded the long-term
ratings for TfL to A1 from Aa3 and changed the outlook to
negative.
The rating action concludes the rating under review for
downgrade initiated by Moody's on 2 June 2020.
TfL's short-term issuer and Commercial Paper ratings were
affirmed at P-1.
