Last thing that he wants is for this to run up, build high expectations, and then the Judge pulls the plug..

I would have done exactly the same thing, because i would be in this for the legit RM long haul, as opposed to the typical OTC BS..

Hopefully the judge expedites the next hearing so Ben can get this show on the road.

A little story about why FEAR robs you of everything in this life!!!! Especially where $$ is involved...

10+ years ago, i took a stake in PLUG @ .15ish or so(if memory serves), for 300,000 shares.
My thesis was simple, i just followed Hans Black into the play since he had acquired 12-15 million shares @ .11ish(if memory serves).

My plan was simple, put a GTC sell @ $1.00 and forget about it.
I had no doubt about that price target whatsoever..

What happened you may ask;

Well it makes a strong move to the .30's, and till this day i wonder what was triggered in me to sell at that level. Where had the fear come from??????

Well as you all have experienced in our chosen business, time and time again, PLUG ran to $11.78, and several years later into the $80's!!!!!
I was frozen in time watching this move play out in total disgust 🤢

Now i am not claiming that i would have held till $80.00 like many hub FURU's 😂, you know the ones that always buy the low and sell the high

but, it did change my entire focus on speculation, and today i owe most of my trading success to that turbulent emotional time with PLUG..

Agree. When DE SOS granted Synergy custodianship in 2020, I believe it was late April/May of that year & prices shot up. This process is well underway and should know smthg more within next few weeks to several weeks. Seems like most of what's required for approval is mainly formalities in processing & paperwork. $CLHI

Furthermore,

You can just feel the pressure on this to go on a huge bull run, strong hands holding the majority of the float IMHO for $$ not pennies....

Impossible to quantify at this point.

Logic would dictate that upon the filing of the proposed resolutions to Judge Zurns concerns, the court would expedite the next hearing as to not take an eternity.
Hopefully Ben can clarify these things more at some point.

Some do, most don't because of the PL designation.
If Ben files the MC, then PC is reestablished and all brokers allow buys.

The spread will remain wide for several reasons IMHO,

Many shares are held by tight hands betting on a big payday,
FOMO is at play, we have all been there, you sell @ .05, and almost immediately a rabbit gets pulled out of the hat and you gawk as you see bid $1.50 ask $1.75 😂,
With many unable to buy the MM algo can play around at will.

Bottom line is, if one believes the I-R ratio of 91/9 odds of success, whether you pay .0665 or .10 now is irrelevant considering we have a previous high of $2.48 to work with
This play is a pure hit or miss, all depends on the Judge, my bet is hit, but please keep in mind that i am delusional

FWIW, better to be in at .10 as its flies to $$, instead of banging your head on the wall for allowing FEAR to talk you out of a position, after all we are talking about nickels and dimes..IMHO

Maybe the MC has been filed, but we all know the incompetence of Otcmarkets, imho...

Either way, without a positive ruling, any/all filings are moot.
