As long as the documents have not been submitted, we cannot get an update from the judge. So we wait and wait some more, hopefully we will experience the resurrection. Otherwise there is not much we can do.

Now, how long will it take to hit the Judges docket, that is unknown.
Hopefully this time around it gets expedited, so that she can rule once and for all..
