Transport for London ("TfL") announces t hat on 22 May 2020,
Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") downgraded TfL's Long-Term Foreign- and
Local- Currency Issuer Default Ratings ("IDRs") to 'A+' from 'AA-'.
The Outlooks are Stable. At the same time, Fitch affirmed the 'F1+'
Short-Term IDR of TfL.
