(OTC Pink: UAMM), a media holding company, is pleased to announce today that it has executed a purchase agreement to acquire Coco Paris Media, Inc., an independent film producer, to expand the Company's business into the multi-billion dollar entertainment industry.

Coco Paris Media is an independent film producer that specializes in making films in Asia for worldwide releases.?The company currently has its horror movie, House in the Alley, scheduled for theatrical release in select U.S. theaters on October 25, 2013.?
