Keep complaining about the OTC when the "company"/"management team" that you praise/defend produces zippo revenue for investors in 10 consecutive quarterly reports. How many times did a few clueless people on this Board mention "merger" and "sales" in the past month? Those clueless people should stop filling this Board with nonsense and start listening to people who know a lot more about this "company"/stock than they do.

use to be one that would put a buy in at .0001 over. Bid and sell0001 under ask at same time I was able to accumulate a lot of shares that way when spread was great . I could almost double the amount I bought with what sold . I’m sure that is what someone is doing there either way you win when no real vol going on

With this terrible financial report and no likelihood of a merger anytime soon, the pushers have basically taken it up their arses one more time.

months and none are currently anticipated......................The issuer does not have any subsidiaries, parent company, or affiliated companies.

This "company" continues to do what it does best - place zeros in the revenue column of every filing. The 10 year old with the lemonade stand, who generates revenue continues to laugh at them. It's your turn pushers to try to defend another horrible filing.

The financial documents of this "company" have shown zippo revenue. Therefore, it can be assumed that the sales are not real until/unless the revenue shows up in these documents. There is almost no buying because most potential investors are making that assumption.

The OTC has done nothing wrong. When a "company" shows zippo revenue on financial reports for 3+ years and hasn't generated as much revenue as a 10 year old with a lemonade stand, they are a shell risk.

I agree about Broker and form 211 ..........OTC subscriptions and fees for OB is like taxing people to death

I would bet the future of the planet Earth that Ben cursed out the dudes at OTC Markets group. They deserve it because the import records show this was not a F$#@#$@ shell back then. Sales were real and the guys at OTC M wanted more money or a date with him? That's wrong. That's borderline extortion or RICO chit.

I vote broker dealer & file the 211 as opposed to PAYING the "guys" at OTC Markets Group who already slapped him with shell risk because he didn't go out on a date/gang-bang thing with those "weird dudes". Yet Finra gives the upper "OTC Markets" blessings out the gate on any QB or QX that OTCM makes considerably more money on in subscription fees on? No fear on calling OTC Markets group out for being corrupt to have this regulatory position on the latest rule change. This group of LGBTQ are nothing less than OTC trash themselves that they claim to regulate the OTC market approving QB or QX quotation for their own profits while they trade in the same chit market tiers? Sam Kinison had it right on the Jim Baker joke and I hope Ben regains quotation without going out on a date with these dudes at OTC Markets Group.

I think they have 2 choices ......moving up to OTCQB ( will have to have audit and file with Sec) ...that would take longer or they could stay Pink OTC ...and get broker dealer to assist with the form 211

So MCIC needs to hook up with a Broker-Dealer to complete form 211.......OTC Markets Group now completes initial reviews for OTCQX and OTCQB qualifying companies. Shell Companies applying to the OTCQB Market or OTC Pink should find a broker-dealer to assist with the completion of Form 211 and file the form with FINRA.

For the person who keeps telling the Board that the alleged sales were real, until/unless the revenue from these alleged sales shows up in a legal financial document, most potential investors, apparently, are assuming they are not real. If most potential investors believed that the sales were real, they would be buying shares in this stock. Instead, this stock continues to be stuck in triple zeros with terrible volume (zippo volume today). Also, the person who keeps saying that the sales were real is the same person who has been saying for at least 8 weeks that the quotes warning on the OTC would be fixed soon, but that has still not happened.

You know I remember people telling me sales I saw were not real funny I don’t hear that anymore because they know they were real we just don’t know where they are hiding waiting to mcic to show them

I like to try and buy @ the historic record 100 year high PPS on a candle chart. Hold it for long term gains. Then carefully sell is @ the record low PPS. That's my strategy. "think import records" Hmmm. May need to adjust my strategy?

If the rule is to buy low and sell high, why aren't the people who have been saying wonderful things about this "company"/stock for years not buying? If they don't don't believe in this "company"/stock enough to buy, than most people, who have doubts, aren't buying either. It's as simple as that.

I remember when this was .0002 and most everyone was don't buy that. But I did and after a couple of years it ran up to .10 cents. Investing 101 do you buy a stock when know one wants it or after it runs up??? I believe only a few want $MCIC and my wheelbarrel is overflowing. Now just waiting like before for Ben to show us what he has done? JMHO
