CPS Technologies Corporation to Exhibit at Power Conversion Conference in Germany and NEW TECH Conference in Israel in May

NORTON, MA--(Marketwired - May 12, 2014) - CPS Technologies Corporation (OTCQB: CPSH) announced today that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Grant Bennett, and Dr. Mark Occhionero, Vice-President of Marketing, will attend PCIM (Power Conversion Intelligent Motion) in Nuremberg, German on May 20-22. "This is where the key international players in power electronics meet each year. PCIM is an ideal venue for us to meet with our key customers as well as to introduce our technology and developments to a wide array of other global companies," said Mr. Bennett.

In addition to Mr. Bennett and Dr. Occhionero, CPS's European representative, Mr. Gio Schouten of Semi Dice International and Mr. Avrami "Rami" Lotem, CPS's representative in Israel, will be present at booth # 9-120. During the conference, Dr. Occhionero will present data on integrating high thermal conductivity pyrolytic graphite with AlSiC composite structures for high performance cooling applications.

The following week, Mr. Bennett, Dr. Occhionero and Mr. Lotem will be in attendance and exhibiting at the NEW TECH 2014 in Tel Aviv on May 27th and 28th. "This will be our first year exhibiting to the high tech community in Israel which we believe offers significant potential for using our metal matrix technology," said Mr. Bennett.
