(OTC:MSITF) is pleased to announce that it has opened a new division for the regulatory testing and clinical trials of new products. With plants in India, New Jersey, Nigeria, China and the Caribbean, Medical Services is ideally located to offer services related to testing of products and clinical trials to companies who do not have the staff or facilities to complete them or companies who require independent testing. In addition to the testing, with its distribution network the company can bring products to the market for these companies. The Company has already agreed to handle the testing of products for a New Jersey based company. The testing of these products is expected to start in November 2006. In addition, the Company has been approached and is negotiating with a biotech corporation to handle a portion of the testing that is being completed on their product. The Company anticipates that it will participate in at least two sets of testing in the next year generating in excess of $4.0 U.S. million in revenue. This diversification will make sure that the Company maintains its cash flow regardless of the market conditions. The Company continues to expand its VScan operation by increasing its distributors and regulatory approvals in additional countries. The distributors are actively marketing the VScan product wherever it has been approved.
