Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On May 20, 2010 Jammin Java Corp. (“the Company”) accepted the resignation letter of Shane Whittle as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), Treasurer, Secretary and Director of the Company dated May 20, 2010. Accordingly, the Company appointed Anh Tran, President and Director of the Company, as CEO, Treasurer and Secretary.
