HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (PINK SHEETS: HDUP) is pleased to announce that it has registered with the electronic information service, OTCIQ. The Company has posted its last 3 quarterly financial statements which can be viewed at www.pinksheets.com and have been upgraded to their limited information status. This is the first of a series of steps in which the Company is taking to become fully reporting in order to ensure shareholders have access to monitor Company performance.

The Company realized substantial growth in 2009, sanctioning 362 events under its Canadian Poker Tour (CPT) brand up from 71 since it acquired the tour in 2008 and looks to increase that number to over 560 events in 2010. With the success of its magazine (Canadian Poker Player) and the upcoming launch of its online poker television network, the Company expects continued growth in infrastructure and revenues in the upcoming year.

In 2009, the CPT launched a player's membership program that added an additional revenue stream for its player base across the country and is continuing to add new sponsorship partners and benefits for its members. The Company plans to target the B.C. and Ontario markets aggressively in the upcoming year as well as developing its poker tourism business. The CPT has partnered with the World Poker Showdown to host a Poker Super Cruise, April 25 to May 2, 2010 on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's "Freedom of the Seas".
