("Brookside" or the "Company") (OTCBB: BKSD) through its President George Pacinelli, announced the recent appointment of Jim Hogan as President of its North Central Region under their U.S. Voice & Data banner with offices in Louisville, Lexington, KY and Indianapolis, IN.

Prior to joining Brookside/USV&D, Mr. Hogan spent 22 years with NEC Corporation of America. Throughout his career, Mr. Hogan held various management positions including National Director of Sales for NEC's channel organization. In this position, Mr. Hogan managed his channel team where they routinely exceeded revenue and profit goals while carrying a $44 million dollar quota in addition to leading all forecasting, market analytics, and development programs.
