Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: TRLI), parent company of Truli, a global faith-based & family friendly media content platform and social community hub, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Auckland-based Pushpay, which allows users to make direct payments to registered companies and organizations on their smartphones.

"Pushpay has partnered with some of the largest non-profits across the USA, Australia and New Zealand to boost their donations through mobile payments while decreasing the administrative costs of receiving donations," said Michael Jay Solomon, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Truli. "This a great fit for us and we are excited to incorporate Pushpay's mobile payment solutions into our donation platform. Pushpay will make it very easy for people to donate to their favorite ministries whereby 85% goes to ministries and 15% goes to Truli. We believe this will be a major source of revenue for us as we anticipate that many ministries will want to take advantage since it means additional revenue for them as well."
