VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VMS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Launch IR Capital Inc. ("Launch") to provide investor relations services to the Company. Launch is an Ottawa based Investor Relations - consulting firm with connections and strong ties to industry leading investment firms in the United States, Europe and Canada.

The agreement is for a 6 month term and the Company has agreed to pay Launch a fee of $21,000 over the term of the agreement, with a further $1,000 for each investors' meeting arranged during the term of the agreement. The Company has also agreed to grant Launch 350,000 options of VMS at a price of $0.445 with an exercise period of 2 years, which are to vest in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The agreement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

VMS Ventures Inc. is focused primarily on acquiring, exploring and developing copper-zinc-gold-silver massive sulphide deposits in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake VMS Belt of Manitoba.
