announce the appointment of Greg Wood as President and director of Northfield
Glass Group Inc. ("NGG"), a 100% owned subsidiary. Northfield has accepted the
resignation of Larry Kinden as President and director of NGG. Mr. Kinden will
remain a director of Northfield.


Mr. Wood has been involved in the glass industry for 20 years and a Vice
President of NGG for the past 4 years. Northfield wishes Mr. Kinden success in
his new endeavours.
