Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. ("Tidewater" or the
"Company") (TSX: TWM) announces the voting results from its annual
general and special meeting of shareholders held May 14, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta (the "Meeting"). Each
matter voted upon at the Meeting is discussed in detail in the
Company's Management Information Circular dated April 2, 2018 which is available on SEDAR at
www.sedar.com.

for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors to fix the
remuneration to be paid to the auditors were approved:
