Global Ag Corp. ("Ceres" or the "Company") (TSX: CRP) today
announced that after 41 years of working in the grain and
processing business, Craig Reiners,
the Company's Senior Vice President – Grain, has elected to retire
effective September 1, 2015.
During his career, Reiners has held management
positions in several companies. He worked at Cargill for 26 years in multiple business
units. He served as President and COO of Cargill's malting business for 10 years.
Thereafter, he served three years as Vice President of Sales for
ConAgra's Specialty Food Ingredients business. He managed
commodity price risk at SABMiller and Miller Coors for six years, which included
aluminum, grains and energy.
