The nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated June 24, 2015 were elected as directors of the Corporation.  The results of the vote are as follows:

In addition, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders, the shareholders of the Corporation:

  1. Re-appointed KPMG LLP as auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorized the directors of the Corporation to fix the remuneration of the auditors. 
  2. Passed a resolution approving the issuance of the Standby Warrants to certain insiders of the Company, as described in the Management Information Circular.
  3. Passed a resolution approving the exercise price of the Standby Warrants, as described in the Management Information Circular.
  4. Passed a resolution approving the Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan Resolution as set out in Schedule A to in the Management Information Circular.
