Future adjustments to public prices will reflect ongoing market conditions. In this regard, current local (non-intermodal) public prices will be adjusted downward by one percent effective April 1. Traffic moving under local (non-intermodal) public rates comprises approximately five percent of Norfolk Southern's total revenue base.
