                       Result of AGM and Grant of Options

At the Company's AGM today, all resolutions proposed were passed.

The following directors of the Company have today been granted the following
options over ordinary shares under the Company's unapproved share option scheme:

Richard Worthington         4,000,000 options
Robert Morrish              2,000,000 options
Jonathan Cooper               500,000 options

These options are exercisable at a price of 2p per ordinary share in the period
9 December 2006 to 8 December 2013.
