U.S. Bancorp Raises Dividend to 46 Cents/Share

U.S. Bancorp on Tuesday said its board declared a quarterly
dividend of 46 cents a share, up from the previous quarter's
dividend of 42 cents.
The new dividend will be payable Oct. 15 to stockholders of
record at the close of business Sept. 30, the company said.
The board also declared regular quarterly dividends on the
company's Series A, Series B, Series F, Series K, Series L and
Series M Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The board also
declared a semi-annual dividend on the company's Series J
Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock.
