In compliance with the provisions of art. 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404/76 and in the form of CVM Instruction No. 358/02 and Circular Notice /CVM/SEP/No. 004/2011, Tele Norte Leste Participações S.A. (“TNL”), Telemar Norte Leste S.A. (“TMAR”) and Brasil Telecom S.A.
