Inc. (TWN) announced today the nominations of Chih Cheung and Lawrence
Kudlow as candidates for the Fund's Board of Directors to be
considered by stockholders for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders
scheduled for April 19, 2015.
Commenting on the selection of the two candidates, Fund Chairman

Chih Cheung, a resident of
Taiwan, is currently the Managing
Partner of C2 Capital Limited, an investment firm dedicated to
investing in local Chinese emerging growth companies and to
partnering with leading global companies to establish their
presence in China. He is also an
active board member for Reliable Source Industrial Company Limited,
a leading sportswear apparel manufacturing company with the head
office in Taipei and factories in
China, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam. In addition, he currently serves on
the boards of several private companies with operations in
Greater China and is on the
advisory board of the Harvard China Fund.
Chih Cheung was also the Managing
Partner of Staples Asia Investment Limited, a subsidiary of
Staples, Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Advisor in the Office of
the Chairman of Chinatrust Commercial Bank and based in
Taipei. He also worked at Goldman
Sachs in New York and Hong Kong.
Chih received his J.D. from Harvard Law
School and M.B.A. from Harvard Business
School with high distinction. He graduated Summa Cum Laude
from Harvard College and earned his
A.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and
Sciences.
Lawrence Kudlow is CEO of Kudlow
& Co., LLC, an economic research firm and a nationally
syndicated columnist. He is also the host of "The Larry Kudlow
Show," which broadcasts each Saturday from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on
WABC Radio and is syndicated nationally by Cumulus Media.
Mr. Kudlow is a CNBC Senior Contributor. He was previously host
