Cedar Fair LP plans to eventually close its Great America
amusement park in Santa Clara, Calif.
The company sold the land at the park to Prologis Inc. for about
$310 million. Cedar Fair will continue to operate Great America for
up to 11 years and then will close existing park operations at the
end of the lease term.
