Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 23, 2020, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) announced plans to issue its first quarter earnings release after the market closes on Monday, May 11, 2020, and will host a conference call on the following day, Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 12 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
