licensed its EdgeTrack Transfusion Software, marketed as "Hemo
Serveur" in France, to 21 Assistance Publique - Hopitaux de Paris
("AP-HP") hospitals, representing 23,000 patient beds. For Global
Med, this project represents over $2 million, at current exchange

computerization of blood transfusion in these 21 hospitals is part
of the AP-HP's "Clinical Information System" project, which will
install an electronic medical records System ("EMR") and ancillary
systems in each of their establishments. This multi-million Euro
award is led by Agfa Healthcare (Euronext: AGFB - FWB: AGE), which
directs the consortium that also includes Cap Gemini, HP, Oracle
and Global Med-Inlog. Benoit Leclercq, Chief Executive Officer of

complete tracking of blood products with real time communication

solution, EdgeBlood. All 2.2 million units of blood collected in
France are processed by the EdgeBlood product, marketed as "CTS
