Skaggs is a progressive, community-owned hospital and health center
located in Branson, Missouri. The health center, which has been
named four times as one of the nation's Most Wired small and rural
hospitals, is currently working on a project to become an all
digital hospital. Included in this project is updating the center's
blood bank tracking system with the SafeTrace Tx system.
Additionally, with the other departments of Skaggs switching to a
digital platform, the blood bank will be able to share information
within the center much more easily -- enhancing patient care.
"Wyndgate has a strong presence in the blood bank automation
industry and a long history of providing systems with favorable
functionalities including ease of integration with other
application systems. This kind of reputation, coupled with a
willingness to work with us in meeting our objectives, were
important factors in the decision to select Wyndgate as our new
vendor on this project," commented Randall Matney, Project Manager,
Information Technology at Skaggs Community Health Center. He
continued, "We look forward to having Wyndgate's SafeTrace Tx
system assist us in sharing information, improving safety, boosting

Skaggs has embarked upon, to embrace electronic records and convert
to a paperless system, are important in pushing hospital operations
and patient care to a new level. Skaggs is exhibiting vision and
