Inc. (OTC:GLOB) (BULLETIN BOARD: GLOB) has announced the addition
of Robert R. Gilmore, CPA, and Thomas F. Marcinek, Global Med's
President and COO, as Board members of Global Med Technologies,
Inc. Mr. Gilmore will also serve as the Company's Audit Committee
Chairman and Mr. Marcinek will also serve as a member of Global

R. Gilmore, CPA Mr. Gilmore has over 25 years' experience in
finance and accounting that will bring strong financial insight to
the Company. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and
Audit Committee Chairman of Eldorado Gold Corporation. Mr. Gilmore
has held the position of CFO in other companies and has been active
in capital raising and on the M&A front. Mr. Gilmore stated, "I
