This year you are being asked to vote on the election of two directors, Lee Elman and Sue Perrotty, to serve until the 2025 annual meeting, and the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022.
