announced today the pricing of two series of senior unsecured fixed
rate notes for a total of $2.25
billion. These notes include $1.0
billion of 5.40 percent notes due in 2029 and $1.25 billion of 5.60 percent notes due in 2032.
The offering is expected to settle on August
2, 2022.
GM intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to
finance or refinance, in whole or in part, eligible projects
described in GM's Sustainable Finance Framework.
