Inc. (OTCQX: CVTR; NYSE: CRE, pending appeal) ("Care" or
the "Company"), a real estate investment and finance company that
invests in healthcare-related real estate and commercial mortgage
debt, today announced that the Company's application for listing on
the OTC market's highest tier, OTCQX, has been accepted and that
the Company's shares will begin trading immediately on the OTCQX
listing platform under the ticker "CVTR."
