(SPWRA) that it is making progress in an investigation into unsubstantiated accounting entries regarding its Philippine manufacturing operations is a positive for the company, says Barclays Capital analyst Vishal Shah. "We expect additional clarity over the next few weeks to potentially remove any accounting-related overhang on the shares," Shah says.
