CNinsure Announces Management Share Purchases on the Open Market

CNinsure Inc. (Nasdaq:CISG), (the "Company" or "CNinsure"), a
leading independent insurance intermediary company operating in
China, today announced that Mr. Yinan Hu, its founder, chairman and
chief executive officer, and Mr. Peng Ge, its chief financial
officer, have made personal purchases in the aggregate of 100,000
ADSs at an average cost of over $20.00 on the open market since
November 24, 2010.
Commenting on the share purchases, Mr. Hu stated, "We believe
CNinsure's stock is currently undervalued. With these share
purchases, we are emphasizing our firm belief in the growth
prospects of the Company and our ability to execute our strategic
plan. Our interests are aligned with our fellow shareholders
as our goal is to enhance shareholder value."
