The Company was informed on 22 September 2003 by Newton Management Limited that
following a purchase of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 19 September 2003 the Newton ICVC Managed (AAM33) fund is
now interested in 11,452,909 Ordinary Shares representing 4.42 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
