Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 7 August 2019, Ageas reports the purchase of 141,202 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 30-09-2019 until 04-10-2019

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 19 August 2019, Ageas has bought back 429,542 shares for a total amount of EUR 21,236,912. This corresponds to 0.22% of the total shares outstanding.
