Award of SIP Shares
The Company was notified on 14 September that, following the
annual accumulation period which ended on 31 August 2020, ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company (Shares) were purchased
under the Cohort plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) on 10 September
2020 to be held in Trust beneficially on behalf of Andrew Thomis,
Chief Executive, and Simon Walther, Finance Director and Company
