New Millennium Resources NL (the "Company")

Re Joint Venture with Hudson Resources Inc.

On 24 June 2003 the Company announced an agreement with Hudson Resources Inc.
("Hudson Resources") of Canada to establish a joint venture to explore for
diamonds, nickel, copper, cobalt, gold and platinum group metals on Sarfartoq
Exploration Licence 2001/05 in Greenland. Hudson Resources can earn up to 80% of
these mineral rights by spending AUD$1,000,000 over a period of 4 years.

Hudson Resources has completed its first stage of exploration on the Sarfartoq
licence and caustic fusion diamond results for three samples collected during
the summer exploration program have been received. Microdiamonds were found in
the three 18 kg samples recovered and results are as follows:

Sample Sample +0.106 +0.150 +0.212 +0.300 Total
                                                     Microdiamonds

All diamonds recovered were either colourless (70%) or white (30%) and
relatively uniform in dimension.

The object of the exploration programme was to test different types of
kimberlite samples, on a reconnaissance basis, to determine if they were
diamondiferous. The samples that contained diamonds were located within 900
metres of each other along what appears to be a wide dyke-like structure with at
least one sizeable blow. There is the potential for large blows or pipes to
occur within or coincident to the dyke-like structure. The kimberlite tested was
hypabyssal in nature and thought to be locally derived from dykes.

The samples were processed by the Geoanalytical Laboratories at the Saskatchewan
Research Council ("SRC"), Saskatoon. Saskatchewan, an independent laboratory. A
number of other kimberlitic samples have been submitted to Mr. Bob Barnett, of
R.L. Barnett Geological Consulting Ltd. of London, Ontario, for thin section and
microprobe analysis.
