(1) | Shares of the Issuer's Common Stock issued under the Issuer's 2016 Stock Plan as director fees for board service by Brendan MacDonald for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. Mr. MacDonald is a member of StepStone Group Real Estate Holdings LLC, general manager of StepStone Group Real Estate LP, the sole member and investment manager of StepStone Rep III (GP), LLC, the general partner of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P. The terms of Mr. MacDonald's employment with StepStone Group Real Estate Holdings LLC provide that all director fees received by him is for the sole benefit of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P. Mr. MacDonald, as a representative of the Reporting Person, is a Director of the Issuer. For purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Reporting Person is deemed a Director by Deputization by virtue of its representation on the Board of Directors of the Issuer. |
(2) | StepStone Group Real Estate Holdings LLC is the general partner of StepStone Group Real Estate LP, the sole member and investment manager of StepStone REP III (GP), LLC, the general partner of SREP III Flight - Investco L.P., the record holder of the shares. Each of the foregoing entities other than SREP III Flight - Investco, L.P. disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of a pecuniary interest therein. |
