I think people have the wrong impression about what I am saying.. we have a company (Delex) grossing 10 MIl with one quarter k profit after taxes and we have .0084 thats not conducive to the norm and the reason why? Past bad baggage. whether vicky boy or santa clause its just plain bad baggage from the past and hard to shake. Investors that have been associated with lost money and been scammed let it be known around dont be involved with whatever because of their losses. I believe Delex will be a good thing but its got to prove itself by disassociating.. I will contact the company to see about vic

Good to know he doesn't own any shares or belong to this new management to begin with, then simple thing is to communicate with company and have his name removed from the BNCM - OTCM profile tab. That will clear any confusion that anyone has.

Fact Check - Vickyboy do not own any shares in the company, or involved in the operations and management of the company, let alone doing any pump and dump.

So now that the facts has been told, should we keep listening to hate and false narratives from these bashers ever again?

What benefit do we all get from being negative? I think we are all sensible and intelligent people.

Just ask Humbert. He knows Vic and said in a past post that "he is a benign man..."

My suggestion is to share your concerns with the company directly through email as well as X (twitter). Ask them why Vic is still in the picture on this deal, knowing he has really bad past record.
I don't believe posting here on ihub forum will do any good. I am not sure if the information currently showing Vic as the company's legal rep. (under securities counsel) is what Delex will carryover?? Something to ask the company.

smart logic from any investor is common sense, putting your money in a shady deal is NOT common sense nor good logic Vicky boy is a no no , again I believe Delex will be very successful but its going to have to preform very well.

YES , I believe Delex will be successful but seeing whats been happening for the last year,is proof of the bncm legacy. look up info on Vic Devlaeminck and bncm its not good . I believe thats holding Delex PPS down, you can t deny Delex should be preforming better based on their good results and future plans. Once you have the bad rap put on you, its hard to shake it.

there is no denying that Delex is expanding since the merger. per the Q1, the ticker symbol to Delex and the company will be managed by the Delex team and the counsel too.

the bncm/Delex merger was on the otcm profile page BNCM, and says the merger happened BUT WAS NOT ON THE FINRA DAILY LIST ......it was a typical OTC SCAM MERGER and it was not in the US but in the Philippines , per I-glow 10/21/24, maybe thats why nothing gets done as promised ......promises made ..promises not met...we shall see, hopefully things will work itself out ???????? YES they need to get rid of vicky boy !!!!!!!
Delex is going to have to excel very biggly to over come the bncm curse. The combination of vicky boy and bncm is a dagger in the heart of Delex.

you know when people say be careful do your DD, well I never really did dig into this position maybe like I should have. After checking into vicky boy and his shady past ....Thanks to Hitman 970 , I-glow and Mzasif I now can fully understand why Delex CANT GET OFF THE GROUND. I was close but did nt realize I was that close to the truth

(Humbert you have known this for quite some time ). BNCM is going to have its ticker symbol changed to Delex , dont know if this is a good or bad omen , BNCM past is not good by any stretch . I also think I read that the merger was not listed , cant remember what agency its supposed to be with but it was not in the USA, it was in the Philippines.. Like I said , this ticker never made any common sense to me and now I understand, but with that said maybe Delex can over come bncm and vicky boy , who knows ? Further if this second quar fin report comes out after one year and PPS doesnt jump Biggly , the bncm curse will still be hanging on.

upon reading past history of bncm/delex , bncm did already file for Reg A on 4/22, that was 3 years ago , thats what was stated in IHUB pr , don t know if that ever happened (who knows) , seems like that would be of import to know for sh and seems like someone needs to get on the ball after 3 years, to actually achieve REG A, BNCM/DELEX definitely needs to step up to the plate and lets get something accomplished and further lets start seeing some pr so sh know what the hell is going on.

ticker change has everything to do about it, company should have given info about the process and progress of the ticker change, as they stated in oct and nov 2024 and at jan 2025. Delex need a stand alone position in the market , its all about doing what you say your going to do AND THEN DO IT !!, we dont even know if they have applied for new ticker name ????, its going on one year .....not much has been accomplished as promised , dont think the Govt has anything to do with holding up ticker changes ...govt over bloated anyway, time we get rid of the fat, dont we live in the computer age ???

Ticker change has nothing to do with the company. Its out of their control. Government agencies were already slow and then they fired everyone.
