Everyone can sleep soundly knowing that the annual report will be audited, and the transfer of control (along with the name change) is underway. There is ZERO to worry about here.

we will get a better picture about Delex in Jan , info promised should see if its total BS or not , right now everything is moving slow because of the holidays, we should have had info in Dec as promised , time is running short on this play for me..hoping for the best

Him and Hokie were both OFF on Q3 financials estimate by a huge number of $20m+. They were predicting $30m-$50m and all we got was $8m. LOL

This was all supposed to happen withn 3-6 months from the merger announcement date of July 2nd, 2024. So how much time is there left, if any? Also, why did they remove the "Audited Financials" milestone dates from the BNCM.net site? Please confirm with your contacts that are in the company and share with us.
