B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) announced today its intention to
offer, subject to market and other conditions, $450.0 million

repay a portion of B&G Foods’ borrowings under its revolving
credit facility and pay related fees and expenses. However, there
can be no assurances that the offering of the new notes will be
completed as described herein or at all.
