Denny has been trying to manufacture a catalyst for you but it looks like he ran out of things to make up. Magic sensors, rock bolts, magic hockey pucks, in road ev charging, brain chips.... Give tbe guy a break.....he's tired.

According to recent filings, there are unamed "private investors" who bought over 1.2Bil shares from Dennis for $.00045 per share. I imagine GHS was very "happy" to see that, if in fact they even know. Dennis buried the anonymous "private investors" at the bottom of the filing.

4. Need for excessive admiration. The narcissist isn’t satisfied with a compliment or pat on the back when others offer them as a part of natural conversation. They demand that others admire their appearance, accomplishments, skills, or existence. The admiration of others is what feeds the narcissist. “Isn’t it amazing how the color of this shirt sets off my eyes?” Boasting is second nature to narcissists, and compliments are typically recounted innumerable times to others as proof of their superiority.

5. Sense of entitlement. Narcissists may believe that success takes hard work – but only for others, not for them. They totally believe that they deserve the best tickets, the top score, the nicest room, or the best seat in the house. They don’t even have to verbalize this belief as their behavior and actions clearly communicate their sense of entitlement.

6. Interpersonally exploitive behavior. Narcissists see other people as tools. Their lack of self-awareness is paralleled by a lack of awareness that others exist as individuals with feelings, needs, and desires. “Get out of my way.” “Do me a favor and give up your place in line for me.” Whatever they ask for, it’s in their own selfish interest and they suffer no guilt for expecting others to sacrifice for them.

7. Lack of empathy. This is the cold inability to accurately recognize how other people feel. This speaks to the narcissist's lack of emotional awareness or depth. It is not always that narcissists don’t “care” about another’s feelings, it is just that they are unaware that others might even have those feelings.

8. Envy of others or belief that others are envious of him or her. This describes the narcissist’s constant comparison of themselves to others, wishing for themselves the success others experience, and the false belief that everyone else is envious of them. That’s how they keep their egos intact. Being perceived as “normal” or “subpar” would represent an ego wound they could not handle. A narcissist might say, “Everyone notices me when I enter the room. They know that they’ll never be as successful as me.”

9. Demonstration of arrogant and haughty behaviors or attitudes. Arrogance and conceit are traits that are often noticed first in narcissists. This is evidenced by disrespect for the positions or rights of others and the narcissist’s willingness to demand and expect that others will bend to their will. Like exploitative behavior, this behavior can be easily noticed without the narcissist having to say a word. They’ll break in lines, use patronizing tones, and act as if they have every right to take away what is rightfully someone else’s.

November 22, 2024 was a long time ago when a dilution mill/pump and dump is hard at work. Why won't denny dark pump update the share structure?

Well Train, an argument can be made that the SEC & FINRA are complicit in the corruption. Or at the very least, complacent. The SEC's view has been pretty clear >>

If OTC gamblers choose to pour $1000 into a slot machine in the hopes of getting $25 or $50 back, that's their business, not our business. >>

Another argument can be made that the OTC is a set up for only two entities to make money >> the financiers and company insiders. OTC gamblers can make money, but they are at the mercy of the effectiveness of the pump/hype -- not because a company has material value, profitable revenue, etc.

Good post trader. One example: "How To Profit From The DPLS Short Squeeze". When that suggestion is posted for a ticker that has zero chance of a Short Squeeze, it would be good practice for everyone not to underestimate the intentions. Although, this being an opinion board, it's not a violation of the TOS to make things up. But still, no harm in questioning the intentions. I'm sure you agree.

Dennis isn't beholding to shareholders, at least it's not his top priority to cater to them. Fiduciary Duty is foreign to him. After six years, that should be obvious. No money for manufacturing capabilities, R&D, or a badly needed CFO, etc. Instead, taking SH money to throw two large lavish Vegas parties, complete with celebrities. That was only beneficial for his ego. Dennis is beholding to anyone willing to lend him money. He messed with the wrong person -- GS Capital -- and crawled away with his tail between his legs. I doubt he wants to mess with GHS Financial. But messing with SH'rs -- no problem. However, a number of shareholders have turned him over to the SEC for possible securities violations. The SEC likely doesn't care, but who knows?

GHS Financial is counting on the Dennis pump machine to drive the SP upward. So far, the "Dennis Show" is failing and has been failing since late summer of 2021. If GHS Financial has difficulty getting their money back due to the current SP, a RS would benefit them, so there's that. I imagine they are putting pressure on Dennis to execute an RS, my speculation only. But why wouldn't they? A nobrainer that they want to be repaid.
