      The internal financial reporting is weak. They advise him to hire a CFO who is capable where he is not. His reply is >> not enough resources because DPLS is a small company. But let's spend shareholder money on a big lavish party. Dennis never was a bright individual.

      DPLS OS was around 4Bil back then and now nearly 13Bil. The 10-K balance sheet shows the company is insolvent, by a lot. The current market cap is roughly $5mil and technically, it is overvalued at $5Mil. >>

      Yeah, right? OS now at nearly 12.7Bil (transfer agent update on OTCM). That's an increase of roughly 800Mil shares since last week's 11.9Bil OS. The Unrestricted also increased, by one billion shares. Yeesh! In 7 years, Dennis hasn't changed >>

      Deflect/distract with fluffy tweets, hoping shareholders won't pull back the curtain to see what is really going on. He can hope all he wants but the Market in general knows him well by now. That's why the Market values his company in low trips.

      Diluting shareholders by selling equity to the tune of hundreds of millions of shares through the lender GHS, in order to bring in money to pay down a note -- and bragging there will be no dilutive effect from conversions.
