Humana Partners with Gym Farm to Enhance Customer Experience Offered to Members of Reward-based Wellness Program

A majority of the 4.9 million members of Humana Inc.’s
reward-based wellness program, Go365, will now earn rewards quicker
through daily tracking and reporting of fitness check-ins and at
more participating health centers thanks to a partnership with Gym
Farm’s Health Data Network, a San Francisco-based health and
wellness software automation technology company.

Go365 motivates members to make positive lifestyle changes by
tracking simple wellness achievements. Members are able to choose
their level of engagement and participate in personalized
activities tailored to their specific health needs and interests.
When a member reaches a goal, like running a 5K or working out at a
fitness center, they get rewarded. Go365 awards its members “Bucks”
that can be redeemed for items like gift cards, movie tickets and
compatible fitness devices.
Under Gym Farm’s process, the frequency of fitness check-ins for
the majority of Go365 members will be increased from once per month
to daily distribution of fitness check-ins into the respective
Go365 member’s account. The wait for points is now daily instead of
up to 45 days.

frequency provide Humana Go365 members their fitness check-ins, and

speaks directly to a health center’s software to retrieve the visit
data. This eliminates the need for manual submission and permits
Gym Farm to increase the frequency at which data is distributed to

Through the partnership with Gym Farm, connecting Humana’s Go365
members with a specific fitness center has also been simplified. A
member will only need to submit their fitness center membership
number to the Go365 website to establish connection.
Members previously had to print out a form, visit the facility
and then depend on manual upload of the information by the health
club’s administrator.
Humana’s partnership with Gym Farm will also make it easier to
grow the network of fitness organizations available to members due
to the direct connection to a individual health centers’s tracking
system.
