J Sainsbury Discloses Home Retail Offer; MySquar Users Ahead of Target

J SAINSBURY PLC (SBRY.LN), a U.K. retailer, said it made an
unsuccessful cash-and-stock offer in November for HOME RETAIL GROUP
PLC (HOME.LN), parent of Argos and former Sainsbury unit
Homebase.
At 1446 GMT Home Retail shares were up 37.5 pence, or 38%, at
136 pence.
MySQUAR LTD. (MYSQ.LN), a Myanmar-language social media and
entertainment platform, said it had over 2 million users at Dec.
31, 2015, ahead of the target of 1.5 million, and up from 774,636
on May 31.
Shares +0.9 pence, or 17%, at 6.1 pence.
MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC (MTV.LN), a technology provider, said it
reached an agreement with the largest holder in its convertible
loan notes that significantly improves the company's balance
sheet.
Shares at 0.02 pence.
SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC (SGM.LN), which focuses on delivery of
large scale housing schemes for the private rented sector, said it
expects a pretax profit for 2015 in excess of GBP2 million ($3
million), which is significantly ahead of current market
expectations.
Shares +10 pence, or 10.7%, at 104 pence.
BANGO PLC (BGO.LN), a mobile payments company, said it has
expanded its agreement and integration with MICROSOFT CORP. (MSFT),
by which users of Microsoft's latest operating system, Windows 10,
"will now be able to buy digital content by charging the costs to
their mobile-phone bill."
Shares +5 pence, or 4.8%, at 109 pence.
SCANCELL HOLDINGS PLC (SCLP.LN), an immunotherapies developer,
saw its shares rise after the publication of a paper in a
well-known cancer journal describing the science behind the
company's Moditope platform and the experimental results that
support it.
Shares +0.6 pence, or 3.1%, at 21 pence.
MOSMAN OIL AND GAS LTD. (MSMN.LN), an oil exploration and
development company, said it has issued a review notice to ORIGIN
ENERGY LTD. (ORG.AU) that would allow it to renegotiate the
purchase of the South Taranaki Energy project in New Zealand. The
notice follows the fall in the Brent oil price to below $40 a
barrel on Dec. 10.
Shares at 3.1 pence.
