Save Group PLC ("Save")

The  Board of Save announces that it has terminated Mr  D  S 
Overton's  employment contract as Group Managing  Director
with immediate effect and that Mr Overton no longer has any
executive  responsibilities within Save or its subsidiaries.
No  compensation is expected to be payable as  a  result  of
this action.

Mr  Overton's  duties  will, for the  immediate  future,  be
carried  out  by  James Frost, John Murgatroyd  and  Richard
Danisz.

Trading in the second half of the year to date has continued
in  line  with our expectations at the time of  the  interim
announcement.
