Crypto is a just currency and it is not regulated by Government. You can't complain if it goes wrong. I lost a lot of money from alternative coins. Some of them are closed. OTC stocks are a little better than crypto. Crypto is running from different countries. We don't know who is cheating.

Your point? Been doing penny stocks for 30+ years and crypto for over 4 years. And who is pumping crypto? I own 60 along with many OTCs and am waiting for the 2025 bull run in crypto many are expecting. Well worth the risk, owning some crypto in my opinion.

Hilarious. No chart predicts a move from trips to .0035 to .0048. The same nonsense over and over. Charts in penny stocks, especially trip plays, are useless. Take out early 2021 when we all made money and you've lost money charting penny stocks. That pretty much says it all. GRLT too many damn shares, nearly 4 billion and nearly maxed out as well. At least I own this POS at .0004. Hope it doesn't reverse split.

The request for a name change would not be publicly available from FINRA. The only way to know if the request was filed is if Johnney said it was. You won't see GRLT "Primior" associated together with FINRA, Ihub , OTCMarkets or Brokers until the request has been processed by FINRA and it's posted to FINRA's daily list.

I suspect the request was made, and FINRA has many difficult to answer questions for Johnney to answer. How could he answer questions he doesn't know the answers too? Or that would incriminate GRLT? The request will likely be deemed deficient.

These "financials" are not audited, and I believe very likely inflated, as much of what Johnney has said.

That's exactly why I suspect he's a scammer too... A legit business would not merge into a serial scam like Grillit with decades of theft and fraud. That 700 grand was stolen by the Ronald Blackburn gang of cons while the now suspended "attorney" Henry Klein was CEO of Grillit.

The SEC and FINRA both have large files on this ticker.

It's been a long time and I think it's time to step in. generating a substantial net income profit, revenue equal to the market cap and $30 million dollars in assets. yet the immediate response is to sell on the news and don't even think about what it is. You realize they could institute a buyback with their PROFIT rather easily, right? when the indices get back on track this is the first place to go in the OTC in my opinion!
