Being over-confident in ones success, doesnt mean they are a scammer. Primior is not a fake company.
Zhang is getting capital for his company, from the public. This isnt some new venture idea. This is only one arm of the vessel in Primor.

Small time public crowd funding angel investor is what America is built on. Invest with OPM. Zhang has a business idea and brought it to market to see if it has legs.

The entire stock market/fed/banking/pharma/oil/energy/minerals/commodities/bonds/insurance is a scam.
Should be complaining about OTC for even existing as a market. NYSE/DAQ are no different.

Isnt everyone in 'business' a scammer? Is investing in a yoyo for 5$ and selling it on ebay for 500$ a scam if someone is willing to pay for it? If the answer is yes, what price would it NOT be considered a scam? $300? $100? $10? 6$? At what price does one start scamming themselves?

Isnt trying to sell something to someone for more than you paid for it, in itself... a scam? Is Nike using child labor for 2$ a shoe and selling it for 120$ a scam?
A MF sold 1 million pet rocks to consumers... was that a scam? Whole worlds a scam pardged.

Yup. And it should be reflected in the OTCM with the TA but has yet to be. Should be part of the 'transparency' and communication with shareholders, and its one of the easiest things to do is update your TA about any changes.

The stock market is used to raise capital, so naturally an AS raise shouldnt be a surprise to anyone. Its when it keeps happening over and over that its a problem. So for now, its expected.

Zhang still has support, he just has yet to really garner any trust, hence why the share price is where its at. Fluff news brings fluff engagement. Gotta drop a bomb to get people excited enough to move the needle now.

Lets see if this year Zhang can prove his worth to the shareholders. Its still in trips, so who knows where this can go once it does go, or if it does ever go.

But OS didn't change yes. 

The 1bil increase in AS was prudent imo, even if it will lead to dilution. 

Because he made need to raise capital for future projects.

Agreed. Its a good cover for the alleged frontloading theory; everytime the PPS consolidates at higher levels it is another case proposed for frontloading. Confusing posts indeed.

Hilarious. How many times did you post about the 2024 OTC melt up? Hundreds. Didn't happen. And 2025 OTC will not be anything like 2021 either. Not even close. Crypto 2025, especially the first 6 months of the year will be as close to the OTC 2021 as anything else. Watch and learn. You can study OTC charting, I study crypto and for the first time ever my crypto accounts passed my OPC accounts in dollar value.

If I make it seem like I have no interest or hate this stock so much, post on it EVERYDAY about fraud and corruption... while catching the bid. Its a good cover.
Then one tick flip dump with my group. Its easy to blame someone else as 'frontloaders' while youre doing the selling. Oldest trick in the book.

50m shares sold 'the news'.. what news exactly? While 3.8 billion shares held.. lol
New holders at new levels, unless everyone who buys is a frontloader right?

So did frontloaders sell to other frontloaders to create more frontloaders while other frontloaders are selling to other frontloaders? Or how does that work? How many times can frontloaders frontload the frontload? Is every tick a frontload group unloading on another frontload group? Very confusing stuff.
