NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, formerly Aisi Realty Public Limited* (AIM: AISI), a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on 26 November 2012 at 11:00 a.m., at KiriakosMatsis 16, Ag Omologites, Nicosia, Cyprus.

The AGM will include a resolution "that the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") be and is hereby authorised and empowered to issue up to 100,000,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each at an issue price as the Board may from time to time determine and for such purpose any rights of pre-emption that may be afforded to the issue of such ordinary shares be and are hereby waived. The authority conferred by this resolution shall be for a period expiring 12 months after the current AGM's date. This resolution shall not preclude the application and effect of any previous or other resolutions of the Company. "

*The Company's name change to Secure Property Development and Investment Limited is subject to shareholder approval at this Annual General meeting.
