purchased an additional 2,613,540 shares of CHF 0.10 each in Sagentia. The
shares are registered in the name of LBPB Nominees Limited. Tudor Capital (UK)
LP total holding of CHF 0.10 shares now stands at 12,481,544 shares,
representing 5.78% of the issued share capital.
