Savannah Resources plc, the European lithium development company, gives notice that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 09:00 BST on Wednesday 8 June 2022 at The Royal Institution of Great Britain, 21 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4BS (Conversation Room & Mezzanine). A formal Notice of AGM and proxy form will be posted early next week to shareholders along with the 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statement and will be available to download today from the Company's website at www.savannahresources.com .
